Carolina brings over 25 years of experience, working with companies both large and small.
Admired by her friends and business associates, Carolina has been frequently encouraged to put pen to paper all of her personal experiences that helped her forge this successful life!
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and relocating at a young age to the Isla de Margarita in the Caribbean with her family, Carolina quickly discovered her fearless curiosity and
independent nature.
Life changed completely when her family moved to Miami, Florida where she was faced with challenges that revealed her inner strength.
Today, as CEO of Caja Holdings, Carolina has grown its revenue an average of 35% percent, year after year, in a span of eight years. Her business provides outsource bookkeeping and fractional CFO services to multimillion-dollar companies, law firms, and diverse small businesses. A fractional CFO can assist businesses in many ways and for a fraction of the cost of a CFO!
Carolina holds a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneurship certificate and is a CPCC CORE of Business Strategic Development graduate. Carolina is the recipient of the Latin American Businesswoman 2012 Award in Charlotte, NC and the 2017 NAWBO Charlotte Rising Star Award. Also, Carolina is an honoree of The Mecklenburg Times 2019 Phenoms honoree and recipient of the 2020 50 Most Influential Women in the Charlotte region. She is also 2020-2021 President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Charlotte and a 2019-2020 Woman Business Owner of the year finalist.
